TEAM COHESION
Understanding your behaviour style and adapting to others
Half day workshops during May 2010
We all have different behavioural and communication styles. Imagine if you could better understand them and harness that knowledge to create a more effective and efficient practice team. ‘DISC’ is the universal language of observable behaviour. It looks at how we deal with problems, people, pace and procedures. Hosted by accredited DISC trainers, participants will complete a tailored DISC behavioural profile (valued at $145!) prior to the session and then will learn communication strategies for promoting harmony and team work in the veterinary practice. Why not bring your Practice Manager too?
